As the UK’s number 1 CBD retailer, we’re continuously engaging with our users to find the best ways to use CBD. That’s why we know how to get the best CBD dosage for you.** ## ****Figuring out the right CBD Dosage for you**** The amount of CBD you should take depends on a range of factors, including: - Your body weight - The condition you’re treating - Your individual body chemistry - The concentration of CBD in each pill, capsule, drop, or gummy In other words, there are a lot of variables that go into deciding how much CBD to take and it can be difficult to work out the ideal dosage for you. However, we believe customers know best, therefore the dosage that we recommend is the one working for 1000’s of customers according to our survey. Afterall it’s the users that know what does and doesn’t work. ### ****What our customers say about CBD Dosage**** ![How much to use cannabis BritishCBD](https://britishcbd.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/grafic2-how-much.jpg)We surveyed our customers and the results have shown that the average user dosage is far higher than we first anticipated. Whilst the full range covers 20-120mg a day, the average was around 60mg. We found that our most satisfied users were those using the highest dosages. Where previously we recommended dosages of 30-45mg per day, our user base regularly use daily doses in excess of 60mg+. Experimenting with higher doses is essential for user satisfaction. ![How much to use BritishCBD](https://britishcbd.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/grafic-how-much.jpg) #### ****Perfecting your CBD Dosage routine**** Whether you’re a regular CBD user, or still considering your first purchase, our research highlights the benefit of moving to a higher dosage. That’s why we recommend starting high. Our research suggests customer satisfaction spikes from 60mg onwards, therefore we recommend you start with 60mg a day for a week as a loading dose. After that, you have two options: - If you were satisfied, shift down by 20mg a day. - If you weren’t satisfied, shift up by 20mg a day. ![How much to use BritishCBD](https://britishcbd.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/graphics3-how.jpg) You can repeat this process each week until you feel you’re totally satisfied; this is your ideal point. We suggest experimenting with a higher dose, because you can always go back to a lower one later. #### ****CBD is safe at high dosages**** The vital thing to remember through all of this is that CBD has been proven safe, even at high dosages. Clinical trials repeatedly use CBD doses that are over 100mg a day, with some even reaching as high as 600mg a day. CBD usage at extremely high doses (500mg+) has not been shown to have any adverse effects outside of mild nausea. A comprehensive study undertaken by the World Health Organization found that CBD was “generally well tolerated, with a good safety profile”. In each instance where similar research has been carried out with regards to CBD, the findings have shown that CBD interacts well with the human body, with no side effects. ![Juicy Dutch CBD Eliquid Vape](https://britishcbd.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Juicy-Dutch-Natural-500x500.jpg)![Juicy Dutch CBD E-Liquid](https://britishcbd.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/DSC_0038-2-500x500.jpg)[ ](https://britishcbd.net/cbd/juicy-dutch-cbd-eliquid-vape-oil-for-anxiety-stress-pain-relief/) [Quick View](#quick-view) [Juicy Dutch CBD E-Liquid – 50ml – 9 Flavours – 5 Strengths](https://britishcbd.net/cbd/juicy-dutch-cbd-eliquid-vape-oil-for-anxiety-stress-pain-relief/) Rated **4.9** out of 5 (31) £24.99 – £44.99Price range: £24.99 through £44.99 [Select options](https://britishcbd.net/cbd/juicy-dutch-cbd-eliquid-vape-oil-for-anxiety-stress-pain-relief/) This product has multiple variants.
