Top 5 Ways To Take CBD

CBD has become a popular natural remedy in recent years, and many people are turning to it for pain relief, anxiety reduction, and better sleep. However, with so many different methods to ingest CBD, it can be overwhelming to know which one to choose. In this guide, we’ll explore the top 5 ways to take CBD, so you can find the one that works best for you.

1. CBD Oil

CBD oils are one of the most popular methods of ingesting CBD. They come in a small bottle with a dropper, and you place the oil under your tongue for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. This method allows the CBD to be absorbed quickly into your bloodstream, so you can feel the effects within 20-30 minutes.

The Stronglife Full Spectrum CBD Oil is a great option, with a range of strengths available to suit your needs. Made with high-quality hemp extract and organic MCT oil, it’s a natural and effective way to experience the benefits of CBD.

2. CBD Edibles

CBD edibles are a tasty way to ingest CBD. They come in a variety of forms, including gummies, chocolates, and even CBD-infused drinks. This method takes longer to take effect, as the CBD has to pass through your digestive system first, but the effects can last for several hours.

The Stronglife CBD Gummies are a delicious and convenient option for those who prefer edibles. Made with natural fruit flavours and high-quality hemp extract, they’re a fun and discreet way to enjoy the benefits of CBD.

3. CBD Topicals

CBD topicals are a great option for those who want to target specific areas of their body. They come in the form of creams, balms, and lotions, and can be applied directly to your skin. This method doesn’t allow the CBD to enter your bloodstream, so the effects are more localised.

The British Hemp Co CBD Balm is a soothing and nourishing option for those who want to support their skin health. Made with a blend of natural ingredients and high-quality hemp extract, it’s a luxurious way to experience the benefits of CBD.

4. CBD Vaping

CBD vaping is a fast-acting method of ingesting CBD. It involves inhaling CBD vapour through a vape pen or e-cigarette. This method allows the CBD to enter your bloodstream quickly, so you can feel the effects almost immediately.

The Juicy Dutch CBD Vape Juice is a high-quality and affordable option for those who prefer vaping. Made with pure CBD isolate and natural terpenes, it’s a delicious and effective way to enjoy the benefits of CBD.

5. CBD Capsules

CBD capsules are a convenient and discreet way to ingest CBD. They come in pre-measured doses, so you can easily control your intake. This method takes longer to take effect, as the CBD has to pass through your digestive system first.

The Stronglife CBD Capsules are a great option for those who prefer capsules. Made with high-quality hemp extract and organic MCT oil, they’re a natural and effective way to experience the benefits of CBD.

Common CBD Questions:

How Much CBD Should I Take?

If you’re new to CBD, we recommend starting with a higher dose (we do not recommend more than 70mg a day) and gradually decreasing it as needed so you aren’t under the impression that CBD does not work. Everyone’s body is different, so it’s important to find the right dosage that works for you.

What Is The Best Form To Ingest CBD?

There are many ways to ingest CBD, including CBD Oils, CBD Vaping (CBD Vape Juice and Disposable CBD Vapes), CBD Capsules, CBD Gummies, and CBD Topicals. The best form for you depends on your needs and preferences. If you want a fast-acting method, inhalation or sublingual administration might be the way to go. If you prefer a slow release, gummies or capsules are ideal. Ultimately, the best way to ingest CBD is the one that works best for you.

How Long Does It Take For CBD To Work In Your System?

The time it takes for CBD to work varies depending on the method of ingestion, your individual physiology, and the quality of the product. Inhalation and sublingual administration generally produce effects within minutes, while gummies and capsules may take up to an hour or more to take effect.

Can You Drive After Taking CBD?

CBD is not psychoactive, so it does not produce the same effects as THC. However, it’s important to use caution when taking any substance that might affect your judgement or motor skills. We definitely do not recommend driving after taking CBD for the first time.

What Does CBD Feel Like?

CBD does not produce a “high” like THC, but it may produce a sense of relaxation, calmness, or relief from pain and inflammation.

What Should You Know Before Taking CBD?

Before taking CBD, it’s important to speak with a healthcare professional to discuss any potential interactions with medications you’re taking or pre-existing medical conditions you have. You should also choose high-quality, reputable CBD products from trusted retailers such as BritishCBD, our products are lab-tested for purity and potency, so you can trust that you’re getting exactly what you pay for.

Can You Take CBD And Drink Alcohol?

CBD and alcohol may have a sedative effect, so it’s best to use caution when combining them. Speak with a healthcare professional before combining any substances.

Is CBD Addictive?

CBD is not considered to be addictive and does not produce the same dependence or withdrawal symptoms as THC or other substances.

Is CBD Good For Mental Health?

  1. Liz Bray says:

I suffer from chronic pain due to compound fracture of T12 and also problematic abdominal scar tissue from a liver resection in 2011. I am new to CBD but willing to give anything a try in my quest for comfort and the prescription drugs I take no longer have much effect. I purchased varying strengths of CBD from a number of high street retailers and gave them a fair chance, but I have to say these products are not cheap, and none of those available in my rather small market town made any difference at all. After more research and some comparison reviews I bought the stronger oil from this company. The product arrived next day and at first I took two drops. I noticed an immediate effect on my mood and well being. However, I find I require a larger dose for assistance with pain, so I will keep the oil for days when things are worse until I do more research generally into CBD and its effects. One thing I would say for sure is that this oil was MUCH better tasting than any bought from a shop, which were so horrid that it was almost enough to stop me trying any other. I would recommend this company and product to others but suggest that they do their own reseach first
